So the shock of our new normal has begun to settle a bit.  Life as we knew it has been put on hold for the foreseeable future but we’re beginning to get used to that.  In some ways.  In others, the enormity of it all will catch up with us when we are least wanting it to.  And so it is that we process emotion in that way – in waves. So don’t worry if some days you are coping and others it all just seems too much.  First important point – that is NORMAL because we are only human. S Second important point – these feelings of being overwhelmed and frightened are REVERSIBLE and TEMPORARY.  Please read on!

For the foreseeable future I am offering 20 minute life coaching sessions by ‘phone or online to anyone feeling overwhelmed, anxious or unsure what to do next.
